Charlie Palmer is one of today's best American chefs. His flagship New York City restaurant AUREOLE has been top rated in the Zagat survey for over ten years. In March 1999 Aureole Las Vegas opened in the Mandalay Bay Casino to rave reviews.

Hess Design Works has been working closely with Chef Palmer not only for Aureole New York and Las Vegas, but for many of his other highly successful ventures. Paintings, graphics, menu designs, signage, dinnerware, advertising, invitations, promotion, packaging as well as advise and strategy have all been requested and supplied by Hess Design Works. For almost a decade this dynamic, remarkably fruitful collaboration has thrived and grown.
